- 판매자 부주의 및 상품 특성상 하자가 아닌 고객님의 사이즈변경, 단순변심으로 인한 교환/반품 요청이 상품을 수령한 날로부터 7일을 경과한 경우 교환/반품이 불가능합니다.
   
- 다음과 같은 경우에는 교환 및 반품이 불가능합니다.
- 포장을 개봉하여 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의하여 상품 등의 가치가 현저히 감소된 경우
- 상품을 개봉하여 설치/장착(가전, 가구 등)으로 상품의 가치가 훼손된 경우
- 밀봉포장을 개봉했거나 내부 포장재를 훼손 또는 분실한 경우
- 고객님의 요청에 따라 주문 제작되어 고객님 외에 사용이 어려운 경우
- 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품 등의 가치가 파손되거나 훼손된 경우
- 구매하신 상품의 사은품 누락, 상품 TAG, 보증서, 상품 부자재 제거 혹은 분실된 경우)
